Receta Tiramisú Bombastic ヅ The “other” Tiramisu recipe

Vamos a  prepararlo!

Ingredientes:
Galletas de Champagne
500 gramos de queso  mascarpone
Crema para batir
1 tarro de leche condensada
Café
Cacao

Buon appetito!

English
This dessert is extremely feminine. It is airy and it has light consistency, the touch of liquor and coffee makes it ideal, and if we add a good conversation with a friend, it is superb.
I call it Bombastic, because as exquisite it tastes, it is also extremely caloric. In this dish, the ingredients I used count almost 5.000 calories, not to mention the  high fat level. But there is no need to eat the entire cake, the idea is to share!
Let’s get ready!
Ladyfingers or savoiardi biscuits
500 grams of mascarpone cheese
Whipping cream
1 can condensed milk
coffee
cocoa
Amaretto liqueur
Prepare something like ¾ cup boiling water with strong coffee, plus a few drops of amaretto – or  according to you preference.
Wet one side of biscuits in the coffee mixture and liquor and put them in a container organized in a row.
In a bowl, beat the cream constantly until it has body – stiff.
In another bowl add the mascarpone cheese, the  condensed milk and little more of amaretto liqueur, beat the mixture consistently until harden.
Put in a single container both mixtures (whipped cream cheese and condensed milk) and gently with a spatula, incorporate everything.
Then add half the mixture over the biscuits to form a thick layer.
Top with cocoa all of the space and put on the top another row of cookies (previously soaked in coffee), and again, cover with cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
Tha’s it!
Put the cake n the refrigerator to all the flavours to settle down and eat ideally the next day. Let the mixture rest for 24 hours!
In This picture my son and I in Sienna, Italy, where some people claim the Tiramisu was invented.
